These two gathered their family and friends for a special Hmong wedding celebration at her family’s farm in Missoula honoring their Hmong culture. Ka Zoua and Sanh dressed in their traditional families colors and spent most of the day wearing their Hmong clothing before changing into traditional American wedding outfits to end the night. Sanh and Ka Zoua were announced as husband and wife with a ceremonial khi-tes which included family speeches, and later white strings were tied onto their wrists by guests blessing them and wishing them well. The warmth and love between these two was felt strongly, and capturing both the traditional Hmong and modern American wedding aspects were a dream come true. Huge congratulations to these two beautiful souls!
